dreams and stuff

dreams are weird aren't they? i've been having them more often than usual. i think because i've been on the go more and trying to exercise (mostly walking and doing the stairs at work...915 stairs!) that i'm in deep REM and i just dream.

my favorite reoccuring dream {which i haven't had in awhile} is me running as fast as i can and then i jump up a little and kick my legs (like i'm still running but no ground underneath me) and i'm flying. obstacles and objects, whether it be a person trying to grab me or a tall tree cannot touch me because when i get close i just run, jump and FLY. it's a really awesome dream and i love it. i'm not really big in trying to find the meaning of my dream because i know my mind is a little crazy and i could be thinking about something subconciously and that's when i dream it.

i think i'm going to start writing down my dreams as soon as i wake up because i tend to forget the details throughout the day. i think it will be fun to journal my dreams! maybe they do mean something, who knows. ;) i know i've had very distinguishable dreams lately of people (as i spoke about previously) and i felt at peace with some situations i'm in, so it is just intriguing to me a little.

ok enough of that. :) i'm at work right now but sitting up front filling in for the receptionist while she is at lunch. today's been pretty good so far! i had a decent morning, Haylee was in a GREAT mood since the tooth fairy came for her again (second time this week, that poor tooth fairy must be gettin' tired!). she burst into my bedroom at 6am "Mommy, LOOK, the tooth fairy left me $2 again!! Can I go put it in my bank?". LOL. ah man how i love my girl. she's honestly a great child. kind of scares me about having another (if that even happens, later on in life). what if the next one is Satan incarnite? :) of course i'm kidding, but sometimes i do think that...hee hee. oh i'm sure we will have our moments with this one in the tween and teenage years...i can already see it!

lunch was cool too - my friend Nate took me out! yay! i love Javier's, yum. although i think i should try something new there because i always get the shrimp ensalada and it's amazing, i love it, but i really should try something new. :) it was a beautiful day out today too so we got to sit outside.

tonight Tim is going out to say farewell to a good friend Teddy...who is moving to China. we will miss you Teddy, but of course you will be back to visit. and we will hang out! good luck in China!

Haylee and i will just chill out together and put some Christmas decor up around the house (not outside, too early for that!). we are SUPER excited for Christmas this year...i think we might decorate the tree this weekend so that i can get our Christmas cards ordered (i'm going to dress Haylee up like i did last year and take pictures in front of the tree...we love doing that!). we shall see. any time with my girl is fun time for me! ;)
