Christmas is in 5 more days! can you believe it? it always goes by SO fast, before you know it, it's over. i'm done Christmas shopping i just have to take Haylee out today to pick up her gift for Daddy. this year she is picking out her own gift for us, i hope she picks out something good! :)
this afternoon we're going over to my mother-in-laws to make a gingerbread house and bake some cookies. so that will be fun! hopefully everyone's in the Christmas spirit! last night she got a box from my Mom and she opened it and loved everything (see facebook for pictures) - so she decided she wants to wear the High School Musical shirt and the new jeans today. ;) and her charm bracelet of course! she says "i HAVE to show Lilly this!". how cute.
i couldn't go to sleep last night - we went out for sushi and then drove around a lot and talked and i decided a peppermint white hot chocolate sounded good. BAD mistake. i was up all night with tummy aches. :( but finally around 4am they subsided (after medicating myself) and then i slept in til 9am. i'm kind of tired...need some coffee. but no more sushi and hot chocolate. eww.
ok well better go, i need to look at the Christmas dinner list to see what else we need to go buy today. but before i go can you please pray for me? this past year i've had a hard time focusing at work and i think it's because i wasn't properly guided when i first started this job a year ago. anyway i just need prayer on focusing on my job and learning some things i didn't know about my job that i will now be doing. pray for focus - sometimes it's hard for me to stay focused on the job at hand. i start daydreaming about photography and the future and i need to first get through the present. :) thank you! have a happy Saturday!
