so in my last entry i said i was going to start reading one chapter of the Bible a day and blog about it. i'm going to call it BTTB (Bloggin' Through The Bible). i started today and i read Matthew 1. very interesting how the Bible tells who was born to who. i love this chapter because it tells the story of Christ's birth and now that the holidays are over {the stress of it all} i can sit back and concentrate the true meaning...i love the social network Christmas video, if you haven't viewed it, you should, it's awesome...here's the link: http://www.ignitermedia.com/mini-movies/1905/A-Social-Network-Christmas
i definitely think that is how we would be these days if Joseph and Mary lived in our times! i think Joseph had to have been a great man of God to do what he did and not abandon Mary. i think Mary must've been so incredibly scared, to think she was only in her early teens! it's just a great story and it's the beginning to something AWESOME because it's telling the story of how our Savior was born {to die} for us!! i cannot think of a greater Christmas story than this...
on a different note, my baby boy rolled over today! Aiden likes tummy time and Tim and i put him down on his floor in his room and put some toys in front of him this morning. he rolled right over from tummy to back and then laughed his little head off! he's so cute. i really need to go buy a baby book so i can start documenting this stuff, i'm a slacker with this kid! so busy with other things....Haylee's baby book is cram packed with stuff, LOL!
anyway gotta go, i have Aiden on my lap and he's getting restless...have a GREAT day!
