getting ready!

we've been so busy getting ready for new beginnings here!  Haylee turned 7 years old on August 23rd and yesterday i did her 7 year photo shoot.  she is such a great model and she's just my inspiration - she is the reason why i entered the wonderful world of photog!  :)

who could resist a face like this?  :)  she's so smart and beautiful and she makes me laugh.  i can't wait to have another one - one day!  this little girl has a BRIGHT future for sure.

she starts school on Sept 10th!  but first Tim and i have our trip Sept 7-9 to CO.  then we fly back on Sept 9th, drop off Haylee to her first day of 2nd grade on Sept 10th and then Tim and i drive out to Las Vegas to celebrate out 10 YEAR wedding anniversary!  it should be pretty fun, i am hoping!  :)  i know what you're thinking....yes i have been married for 10 years!  crazy right?!  it seems in the midwest {where i am from} it is perfectly normal to get married and have kids at a young age....that's not really the case, from my observation, in southern California.  LOL.  people trip out on me all of the time when i tell them i have a 7 year old and have been married for 10 years.  ;)  quite an accomplishment, yes! 

so we've been pretty busy busy!  just trying to get through the weeks - working things out and praying!  hope you all have a wonderful week!
