this and that

hi there just thought i'd stop by one last time before our big trip. :) i have 2 more loads of laundry to wash and dry and then throw all of my crap into the huge suitcase tim and i are sharing and i'm ready to go! personally...i'm a little nervous/anxious about the long flight because to be quite honest flying from CA to NY has GOT to be the longest flight i have EVER been on in my life {or so i can remember}.

so i may have to drink a glass of wine or take a pill or something to RELAX. but haylee is so very excited and i'm trying to not be anxious in front of her. ;) i cannot WAIT to see NYC though! i think it will be fun. i have it in my mind of how it will be and i'm sure it'll be something different, but it's going to be an experience i know that for sure.

i feel so incredibly tired today! it's the weather, it's in the 60's which is odd because last weekend it was breaking 100 degrees. crazy CA weather! takes you off guard sometimes i swear. so it's one of those "lazy" days. tomorrow haylee will go to school (our flight leaves later tomorrow night) and tim and i are going to finish packing and just enjoy each other's company. :) i feel like we still have a lot of things to get done before we leave though. i'm always feeling that way! not like if i forget anything we can't buy it in NYC right? ha ha!! silly me!

hmmmmm....what else is there to say? i'm happy to be taking the whole WEEK off of work after the crazy-sick-not so dope (lol trying to talk cool?) week i had last week. but it's ALL good. ;) i hope everyone is having a great LONG weekend! i'll make a slideshow when i get back, i may even update while i'm there i think we are taking the laptop. yaya! peace!!
